Billing cycle. Flow State Pro is a monthly subscription, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices shown at checkout include or exclude tax as determined by Stripe Tax for your billing location.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep Pro access until that date, and you are not charged again after it.
Refunds. If you are unhappy with Flow State, we will refund your first subscription purchase in full on request within 14 days of your first charge. We do not otherwise offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, we honor your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal: by starting your subscription you request that we begin providing the Service immediately, and you acknowledge that, consistent with EU law, the right of withdrawal applies as provided by statute.
Fair use. AI usage on every plan, including plans described as "unlimited," is subject to a fair-use limit on the underlying AI cost incurred in a calendar month. The limits shown in the app, under Settings → Billing, are the ones that apply to your account. If you exceed the fair-use limit, we may pause AI features for the remainder of that month; the rest of the Service continues to work. Systematic abuse or circumvention of these limits may lead to suspension under Section 5 (Acceptable Use).
Plan limits and changes. Your plan's limits and current allowances are shown in Settings → Billing and may be adjusted from time to time. Any material change that is adverse to a paid plan takes effect at your next renewal.
